This multi-building residential project in Allston involved the construction of two new apartment buildings featuring a complex 5-story split-level parking garage. Our team utilized the PERI Skydeck system to streamline formwork installation, enabling faster cycle times and enhanced safety in a tight urban setting. The project also included three expansive post-tension concrete slabs, each exceeding 10,000 square feet, designed to provide long-span structural strength while reducing overall material usage. Coordinating the garage structure with the residential components required precise sequencing, detailed planning, and close collaboration with engineers and other trades. The result is a durable, high-performance concrete structure delivered on schedule and built to support decades of use.
