This large-scale residential development in Hyde Park highlights our capacity to handle concrete work at scale with precision and efficiency. The project featured a 30-foot gang-formed retaining wall, requiring meticulous engineering, shoring, and sequencing to ensure both safety and accuracy during placement. In addition, our team delivered over 200,000 square feet of concrete slabs, combining slabs on grade with multi-level structural deck slabs to form the backbone of this multi-building complex. The size and scope of the work demanded tight coordination with multiple crews and trades, as well as rigorous scheduling to meet critical milestones. This project underscores our ability to execute high-volume concrete work while maintaining the highest standards of quality and durability.
