Multipurpose Community Center

Built on a tight urban site in the South End, the CASA Community Center showcases the precision and planning required for complex concrete work in constrained environments. The project features 13-foot blindside foundation walls engineered to maximize usable space while withstanding challenging soil conditions. Our team installed over 15,000 square feet of high-quality flatwork, including durable slabs on grade and three levels of structural concrete slabs on deck. This project demonstrates our ability to coordinate seamlessly with other trades, maintain aggressive schedules, and deliver superior craftsmanship from foundation through finish.
